Orion Creamer is one of the top goalkeepers in the history of Earlham men's soccer.

Creamer was a member of the 1998 Quakers, which finished the year at 13-5-2 and went on to participate in the first round of the NCAA Division III Championships. That team is the only Earlham men's soccer squad to qualify for the NCAA Tournament.

During his four seasons with the Quakers, Creamer earned recognition from the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) after three of those years. He was the NCAC Defensive Player of The Year in 1998. He was All-NCAC First Team in 1997 and 1998 after being a second team choice in 1996. The coaches also honored Creamer as a member of the NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region Second Team in 1998.

As a senior, Creamer was Earlham's Most Valuable Player and later shared the George Van Dyke Award with fellow Hall of Fame inductee James (Jamie) Pettengill ’99. Creamer earned the Wendell Stanley Scholar-Athlete Award as well in 1999.
