Earlham College

Greg Smith was a four-year letterwinner for the Earlham College football team as a defensive end and linebacker.
 
Smith received many accolades during his career that began with him being Earlham's Rookie of the Year in 1986. During the 1987 and 1988 seasons, Smith was All-College Athletic Conference and All-District 21 in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
 
He was a pre-season All-American as a senior in 1990, while earning All-North Coast Athletic Conference honors. He was Earlham's Most Valuable Player and the team’s Defensive Player of the Year.
